päikesepaiste

selle plaadi pealt juba on üks lugu mu blogis, tegu on melodija majaansambli soolo-instrumentaalalbumiga "populaarne mosaiik". plaadil on mitmed omaaegsed tuntud lood, mida väga tihti erinevad orkestrid plaadistasid. olen üles lindistanud teise loo kahest muusikali Hair soundtrackilt võetud lugu sellel plaadil. originaalis "let the sunshine in" on lühenenud ainult päikesepaisteks, kuid taas lahe vokaalideta versioon ja noh räpparitele on hea breik ka loo alguses. nagu ma oma inglisekeelsest kokkuvõttest loen, on üks tähelepanuväärne ka lugu, mis plaadil nimega miks. ühest välismaa foorumist sain teada, et tegu looga "Why Am I Treated So Bad?", palju esitatud lugu, Staples singers peaks olema originaal ja siin plaadil versioon tõenäoliselt Cannonball Adderley poolt melodija meestele kuuldavaks saanud.

i have lately seen mentioned in the web (ebay, forums) that there's russian Hair OST, it's something very rare etc. they are talking/selling actually this record. it has been on my blog already with another track "Aquarius" from Hair musical. so orchestra of only soviet state-owned record company consisted of best musicians, they were backing all the famous singers on studio sessions and same time were also allowed to record their own albums of instrumental music. this one from 1973 has some popular western tracks in their own instrumental way. i have wondered what's the long track called "why", now i happen to know it's staple singers "Why Am I Treated So Bad?", orchestral version mainly known by Cannonball Adderley. i recorded for my blog another track from Hair, and there is actually only two of them, so it's really selfish advertise it as hair ost. anyway "let the sunshine in", or "sunshine" as it's in russian, starts with long break and goes into another funky version, without vocals.
